Custom built tall trunk, design inspired by Louis Vuitton "Trianon" series from 1854. Birch plywood, painted gray canvas duck cloth exterior. 10 hardwood slats with custom solid brass slat clamps and lid edge guards. 2 nickle plated vintage draw bolts, matching 8oz. full-wrap around leather belts with solid brass buckles, attached by hand-stitch, secured by 12 hand embossed leather strap tabs and bottom foundation slots. Trimmed with brown leather binding. Off-white 100% cotton drill interior with quilted white linen lid interior. Red cotton piping trim. This hand-built trunk with French design would be the perfect accent for any living room or formal setting. A classic, ground-breaking timeless design.
