Vintage steamer trunk from the 1940's, manufactured in Europe, known as an outer rib trunk due to the exterior wooden support slats. With all original hardware, nickle plated twin hasps, one molded front and center handle, this travel trunk is perfect for stacking in a decorative trunk display. Steam curled cherry wood slats and an Italian travel sticker on the front. The interior is lined with the original paper lining which is clean and ready for storage.
